Ms. Bentz's experience in employee benefits law and commercial litigation lends a unique perspective to her work regarding the complex issues involved with estate planning and administration, corporate structuring and governance, and aviation-related matters. In all aspects of her practice, Ms. Bentz is passionate about anticipating and planning for potential obstacles, in the most efficient and practical way possible and educating clients so they can make informed decisions about the course of action best for them.

In her estate planning practice, Ms. Bentz strives to assist clients to protect and smooth the way for loved ones during difficult transitional periods in the client's lifetime or thereafter. While taking a practical approach to estate planning, Ms. Bentz enjoys the challenge of anticipating issues to promote the amicable transition and responsible transfer of wealth to lower generations in a manner which furthers the client's values.   • Airctions and compliance issues for FAR Part 121, 129 and 135 operators

Coordination with the FAA and DOT, ICAO, and applicable CAAs regarding compliance, safety management, incidents and pilot training
